With over 10 years of international experience in the health and fitness industry as a Level 4 certified Personal Trainer, a Yoga Teacher Trainer and Posture Specialist, I have learned first hand how important the correct posture for each individual is imperative to improving all aspects of everyday daily living and improve the body .  Not only to help protect the future of our bodies  but how we can better our health and fitness remarkably.  Deriving from the deep understanding that good posture comes before anything and everything.  It is my mission at The Posture Lab is to help ease pain and suffering, strengthen and protect the human body giving a boost of energy and confidence to each individual no matter age or circumstance.  With a no nonsense, understandable approach, I have designed a program to help kickstart the new you.  Also offering businesses and companies the chance to save money on lost work days due to staff illnesses through bad posture in the workplace with a specialised public speaking program.  And re-educating Fitness Professionals on the importance of good posture for all clients, enabling them to get better results in quicker time, preventing injuries and a higher rate of returning customers for longer periods and boost revenue for all companies.  The goal with The Posture Lab is to spread the word and help everyone and anyone by going back to basics, refining and retuning each individual.  Read my testimonials below to see for yourself.
